Will the installation disrupt office operations?

Work that risks cutting the connection is scheduled outside busy hours or on weekends, as agreed with you. Cable runs and new device installation can usually be done in stages without shutting down the whole network. The point being worked on may be temporarily affected, but other areas keep running. We share the detailed schedule before work begins.

Does Filcom or the client supply the equipment?

Either way works. You may supply your own equipment, or we can recommend and procure it according to your needs and budget. If the equipment comes from us, its specifications and price are stated clearly in the quote before you approve it. Existing equipment is also checked first to see if it's still fit for use.

Is there a warranty after installation?

Yes. Installation work such as cable runs, terminations, and configuration is covered under warranty for the period agreed in the quote. If an issue traces back to our work within that period, the fix comes at no charge. Hardware warranty follows the manufacturer's official warranty.
